Picture this: the glittering waters of Lake Garda, the historic charm of Isola del Garda, and two lovebirds from the US, Sara and Drew, ready to say "I do."
The day began to unfold in a cozy villa tucked away in the Salò hills. As the morning sun streamed in, there was a mix of giggles, final bridal touch-ups, and palpable excitement as Sara slipped into the most stunning couture Galia Lahav bridal dress. Every little moment was captured, thanks to their skilled Lake Garda wedding photographers ;-).
Their vows? Exchanged under the frescoes of the iconic neogothic mansion at Isola del Garda. Yes, an entire private island for the exclusive use of the bride and groom and their weddings guests, who had flown all the way from the United States for the event. It felt surreal, like every Isola del Garda wedding – dripping in romance and timeless elegance.
After the wedding ceremony, the couple took a romantic ride across Lake Garda in a classic Riva boat, cherishing their first moments together as newlyweds.
The bride & groom portrait photography session that follows is always a cherished time: a rare moment of solitude for the newlyweds. Together, we wandered through the diverse gardens of the island, each a testament to the Cavazza family's dedication: from the verdant English gardens, the tranquil allure of the Oriental garden, to the intricate pathways of the Italian maze on the main terrace. As Lake Garda photographers, our mission is simple – to authentically capture genuine expressions, intimate glances, and whispered secrets.
On their return, a shimmering champagne fountain was waiting for them: the perfect metaphor for the bubbly spirit of the day - and this fun-loving couple!
As stars began to appear, the marquee at the far end of the island resonated with music and laughter that continued into the early hours.
